¡Summer holiday!

You may have noticed no posts from us this week! Do not worry, we have not abandoned our efforts.

The pictures will soon be even sharper, from a Zeiss Ikon Nettar 515/16, originally released in 1937, where you cannot control the focus, to a Rolleiflex from 1958! Same square frames but perhaps the most beautiful camera I have ever owned.

But also importantly, with both of us taking on new roles at work, we need to focus on bringing home the bacon and putting bread on the table. We are still at work on the project, but the breakneck, twice weekly pace may need to be adjusted as well. Such is life.

In any case, while we break for summer, enjoy a trek through our archives to date and have a look at all the tasty recipes you can make yourself this summer.

And if you are in Switzerland or planning to come here this summer and need a break from rösti and pizza since it is not yet fondue and raclette season, the restaurants we visited offer up some tasty alternatives to the normative Swiss fare.

Also if you are in Switzerland, we thought we would show our hand a bit and ask for your recommendations. There are quite a few countries for which we have not found representative restaurants in Switzerland.
