Thank you to everyone who has supported this project, by subscribing, following our social media pages and one generous soul who found the bare bones Patreon page we set up early where you can sign up to offer support to the project with some trinkgeld und essengeld (tips, or literally “money for drink,” “money for food”). We are grateful.

We are on our holiday break until the new year, mostly to give our wonderful editors, Forrest and Kieran, some time to relax and enjoy the holidays. They quite literally worked for food and out of friendship, and we owe them a debt of gratitude.

Lastly, we will be back in the new year with “season two” kicking off with Bangladesh and a dish that is customary for the Bengali New Year, which is technically in April!
