A la vacanza!

You may have noticed no post from us last week as per our new schedule of publishing every other week. Don't worry, it's just that time of year when we go a la vacanza as does our wonderful editor and great friend Kieran.

While we rest and recharge, you can expect more restaurant reviews and delicious recipes from our culinary adventures and experimental test kitchen again next month. Worry not, you will never have to settle for just rösti or raclette or fondue when fiending for a feast in der Schweiz again.
